Finding the Right Apartment
Looking for a new apartment can be stressful! We eliminate that stress by giving you more options. When you work with us we can show you various different apartment and condo styles. Showings are made by appointment-only and a hard copy of our application will be provided. The same application can be used for any location you wish to apply to.
In order to get keys to your new home you are responsible for a minimum one month security deposit and one month rent. Security deposit may be more depending on the applicant. The Security Deposit
All security deposit amounts listed on this website are subject to change depending on the Applicant's rental history or any other rental criteria. The security deposit amount must be paid before or at the signing of the lease. The purpose of a security deposit is to hold for damages or any unpaid rent upon move out. The security deposit will be held during the duration of your lease and will be paid in full plus interest to the lease holder within 30 days after move out, so long as there are no damages to the unit occupied during the duration of the lease. At the end of the lease, the security deposit may not be used to pay last months rent. If there are damages you are liable and may be liable for any damages exceeding the amount of the security deposit.
